Delivery Information
Shipping Outside of the USA:
We do not ship anything outside of the US. Due to import/export regulations, we can not ship live plants outside of the lower 48 states or contiguous United States. Therefore, we can not ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories such as American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc ...

Lucky Bamboo/Plants:
Plants and all living things require maintenance and care. Customers are solely responsible for care and maintenance of the plant. We ship out the healthiest plants that we have in stock to ensure that you get the highest quality possible. This is why we guarantee our plants for 10 days from the date it arrives! If plant dies within the 10 day period, we will offer a one-time replacement or issue you a refund or store credit for the dead bamboo (shipping fees are non-refundable). Most companies will not provide any guarantees for living plants. We are so confident in our products, we want our customer to have a peace of mind while shopping with us.
Guarantee will be void if:
- Packages delivered to places wtih temperature below 40 or above 100 degrees.
- Failure to provide care/maintenance to plants.
- Raising the plant's toxicity, using unfit plant food, or adding plant food in destructive quantities.
- Packages place on hold or delay cause by wrong or incomplete address.
If possible, please make sure someone is home to receive the package or ship the package to a business address.
Shipping Locations:
A majority of our items will be ship from our main warehouse in Tampa, FL. We do have limited items that we will ship from our Los Angeles, CA location. If you are in the west coast, we may ship out the pots from FL but the plants may come from CA to reduce the shipping time on the plants.
Ordering in Advance (Shipping Hold):
You can order in advance and have it ship at a specific week. We recommend having the bamboo ship during the week prior to your event. The plants should arrive about a week before your event and this will minimize the time of care and maintenance of the plants (Ex. If your event is on Dec 17, 2011, we recommend to have the plants shipped during the week of Dec 5, 2011.) When you order, enter the Week that you would like it to be shipped to you inside the comment box during the checkout page or email us immediately after you place the order, otherwise, we will ship out your order as soon as possible. Most places take 2 to 5 business day for delivery. See the section below to find out exactly how long it will take for the package to arrive.

"Days" refer to business days.
We ship Mondays to Thursdays, but most orders will be shipped out from Monday to Wednesday. To ensure that the plants will arrive healthy, we will attempt to have the plants delivery to you before the weekend. This way the plants will not sit at the shipping facility over the weekend. The plants will spend fewer days in the mail and will arrive healthier!
Shipping by FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Overnight:

Order are usually ship out by the next business day.
FedEx 2nd Day takes two business days for arrival.
FedEx Overnight takes one business days for arrival.
Business days are Monday to Friday (Sat and Sun does not count as business days).
Cost of Shipping:
Shipping is calculated base on the total weight and location. To calculate the shipping fees, add the item to your shopping cart Click on the "Estimate Shipping" button. Select the State and enter your zip code and click on the "Get Quotes" button.
